During the final hours of the inaugural All Shades of White Designer Showcase House, in the community of WaterColor, you will have the opportunity to meet all of our designers, decorators, and artist, and participate in the silent auction of all the magnificent home furnishings donated by the seven local design firms.

Directions to the Designer Showcase House at WaterColor
From the intersection of Highway 98 and County Road 395
Travel 2.2 miles south on 395 to Publix. Turn right into the WaterColor community (at the stoplights) and follow the signs to the Hammer It Home Designer Showcase House.

From the intersection of County Road 30-A and Highway 395
Travel north on 395 to Publix. Turn left into the WaterColor community (at the stoplights) and follow the signs to the Hammer It Home Designer Showcase House.

DESIGNER SHOWCASE HOUSE

Hammer It Home's Designer Showcase House is located in the charming coastal community of WaterColor, a St. Joe property. The two-story, 3,000 square-foot house features five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, and hardwood floors. A carriage house is located above the 2-car garage and includes a sitting room, full bath and studio amenities.

The home will showcase the work of seven Walton County design firms and independent designers including Sandcastle Designs, Marlene Freeman Designs, Coop's Home Furnishings & Gallery 226, Eastern Lake Nursery & Gardens, Exquisite Interiors, Sugar Beach Interiors, Shared Ideas and Watt Sound.

Each of the participating designers created their room based upon this year's theme - all shades of white. The designers were given a one-of-a-kind concept box in an effort to keep a consistent feel throughout the house.

DIRECTIONS AND PARKING

Hammer It Home's Designer Showcase House is located in the community of WaterColor. From the intersection of Highway 98 and County Road 395 in Santa Rosa Beach, travel 2.2 miles south on 395. The entrance to WaterColor is on the right (west side of 395) across from Publix. Turn into the community and follow the signs to the Hammer It Home Designer Showcase House located at 22 Wiregrass Way. Reserved parking on the south side of the house.
